The stakes

Your network is your biggest blind spot

Regulation, customers and investors now ask about companies you do not own, and you answer for all of them.

The perimeter moved

CSRD, CS3D and Catena-X extend your reporting and due diligence obligations beyond your own legal entity: to your subsidiaries, affiliates and suppliers, and to the partners that sell under your brand. In France, the duty of vigilance law has applied since 2017.

Counterparties multiplied

A mid-size group deals with hundreds of third parties across a dozen countries, each with its own maturity, language and reporting calendar.

The data does not hold

One-off spreadsheets and bespoke questionnaires produce answers nobody can compare, verify or reuse next year.

Why now

A patchwork of deadlines, not a single one

The perimeter of responsibility is already regulated in more than one jurisdiction, at the same time, on the same panel of suppliers.

CS3D application26 July 2029

Single CS3D application date after Omnibus I, for groups above 5,000 employees and €1.5bn net revenue. National transposition due by 26 July 2028.

Suppliers per company286

Average suppliers per company in 2025, up 21% year on year. More than one group in two now manages over a hundred.

Revenue at riskUp to 4%

Of annual revenue at risk each year for groups still running third-party assessment without a dedicated tool (Sphera, 2026).

The shift

From collecting answers to steering a network

The difference is not the questionnaire. It is what you can do with the data afterwards.

  • Peer benchmarks by country, size, category and year
  • Evidence reviewed by analysts before publication

Sector-agnostic by design

Built for networks, whatever your industry

The engine reads activity, size, country and business model, then builds the questionnaire from them. The same platform serves any organisation that has to answer for its subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors or partners.

Industrial groups & manufacturers

Subsidiaries, plants and supplier panels on one scale.

Distribution & wholesale

Branches, logistics partners and suppliers across countries.

Retail & franchise networks

Franchisees and points of sale that carry your brand.

Automotive & mobility

Dealers, workshops and parts distributors, where the engine was first proven.

Construction & services

Subcontractors and service providers under one method.

Multi-country groups

Entities in dozens of countries, answering in their own language.

How it works

How a cycle runs

Typically eight to twelve weeks for a first network campaign.

01

Map

Load your entities and third parties, set perimeters and owners.

02

Assess

Launch the campaign. Each company answers its own adapted questionnaire.

03

Score & benchmark

Answers are validated, scored and placed against the relevant peer group.

04

Act & track

Improvement plans per entity, best practices shared, progress measured next cycle.

The second cycle is where the value compounds: the questionnaire is pre-filled, the evidence is already there, and the score becomes a trend.
Independent, not isolated

The method is ours. The standards it speaks are everybody's.

You can’t keep building if you don’t stop and take stock. This assessment is about knowing exactly where we stand, not just this year, but over time.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What Triskali is, what it measures and how your data is handled.

What is Triskali?

Triskali is an independent third-party risk management (TPRM) platform. It helps groups map, assess and steer their subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors and partners with a dynamic questionnaire, a comparable score out of 100 and peer benchmarks, all in one place.

What does the Triskali score measure?

Each company is scored on four dimensions: sustainability, corporate processes, business integrity & human rights, and financial strength. The method uses 22 benchmark criteria and places every score against a peer group by country, size, category and year.

Which regulations does Triskali help you prepare for?

Triskali supports third-party due diligence and reporting under CSRD, CS3D, the French duty of vigilance law, Sapin II and the German LkSG. The assessment framework aligns with ISO 26000, GRI, the GHG Protocol, Catena-X and PCF.

How is Triskali different from a supplier questionnaire?

A questionnaire collects answers. Triskali adapts the questions to each company's profile, attaches evidence to each answer, reviews it before publication and turns it into a score that can be compared across entities, countries and years.

Is Triskali independent?

Yes. Triskali is not owned, funded or controlled by any group, buying organisation or supplier it measures. The same framework, weightings and evidence rules apply to every company.

Who owns the data, and where is it hosted?

The company that answers owns its answers and chooses who can see its results. Benchmarks use irreversibly anonymised data. The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure in European data centres, on ISO 27001 / 27018 and SOC 1-2-3 compliant infrastructure, with 99.99% availability.

Which industries does Triskali work for?

Triskali is sector-agnostic. It serves industrial groups and manufacturers, distribution and wholesale, retail and franchise networks, automotive and mobility, construction and services, and multi-country groups. 250 client companies in 65 countries use it.

How long does a first assessment campaign take?

A first network campaign typically takes eight to twelve weeks: map your entities and third parties, launch the assessment, score and benchmark, then track improvement plans. From the second cycle, questionnaires are pre-filled and scores become trends.
