Who is responsible

Triskali (www.triskali.com) is responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

When you fill in the demo request form, we collect your first and last name, work e-mail address, company, role, network size and your message. We collect nothing else through this website.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your request and to organise a demo. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and the steps taken at your request before any contract.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for up to three years after our last contact with you, then delete them.

Who can see it

Only the Triskali team handling your request, and the technical providers that host this website and deliver e-mail on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or receive a copy. To do so, send a request through the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no data is sent to third-party font services when you browse.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. The Triskali platform itself is hosted on Microsoft Azure in European data centres, on ISO 27001 / 27018 and SOC 1-2-3 compliant infrastructure.
